1. Booking Terms
By making a reservation at Aurelis Reserve, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Guest") and Aurelis Reserve (the "Property").
- Accommodation: The Aurelis Villa is a private cabin accommodation for a maximum of 4 guests per booking.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum of 2 nights is required for all reservations.
- Rate: The nightly rate is ₱18,885 per night. Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the rate at the time of reservation.
- Confirmation: Your reservation is only confirmed upon successful payment processing. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
2. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment partner, PayMongo:
- GCash
- Maya (PayMaya)
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer
Payment Options
- Full Payment: Pay the total amount at the time of booking. No balance due upon arrival.
- 50% Deposit: Pay half of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
All payments are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). PayMongo handles all payment processing securely. Aurelis Reserve does not store your payment credentials.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
- Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
4. Cancellation & Rebooking
Our cancellation and rebooking policy is currently being finalized. In the meantime, all cancellation and rebooking requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly at info@aurelisreserve.com or 0952 451 9253 to discuss your options.
We will update this section once a formal policy is established.
5. House Rules
All guests are expected to observe the following during their stay:
- Maximum occupancy: The villa accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior arrangement.
- No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Designated outdoor areas may be available.
- Noise levels: Please keep noise at respectful levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, out of consideration for the natural environment and neighboring properties.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed at this time to maintain the space for all guests.
- Property care: Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the cabin and its furnishings during their stay. Any damage caused by guests may be subject to additional charges.
- Waste disposal: Please follow the waste segregation guidelines provided at the cabin.
6. Liability
- Aurelis Reserve is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions, particularly when using outdoor areas, trails, and the pool (if applicable).
- Aurelis Reserve reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the property in cases of violations of house rules, illegal activity, or behavior that endangers other guests or staff.
7. Force Majeure
Aurelis Reserve shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government regulations, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with affected guests to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aurelis Reserve website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Aurelis Reserve and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarlac, Philippines.
10. Changes to These Terms
Aurelis Reserve reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
